National Screening tests

The NHS offers a number of screening tests aimed either at detecting precancerous conditions [cervical smear test] or very early cancers [breast screening and bowel screening]
We strongly advise our patients to take up these tests. They are all by invitation and a letter will be sent to those who are eligible. 

If you have lost your invitation or think you have been missed out or have missed an appointment, you can still have your tests. Please speak to reception, the practice nurse or the doctor.  For replacement of bowel screening kits you can phone  0800 0121 833

Flu Clinics 2019/2020

Adult Open access clinics have already been carried out for all people aged over 65 and under 65 patients who are in the 'AT RISK' Group.  If you have missed these clinics please ask reception for details on booking an appointment on 0131 6691153.

 

CHILDRENS FLU CLINICs for AGED 2-5 YEAR OLD (NOT AT SCHOOL) IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

 

We will also have some surgeries with our Health Care Assistant for pre-bookable appointments for over 65 year olds.  Please ask Reception for details.  0131 6691153
