If you think you may have Covid-19 - please do not come to our GP surgery. Please phone NHS 111 as they are now triaging patients for Coronavirus appointments.

Attending the Surgery
Our Doctors have requested that patients DO NOT attend the practice at 8 am in the mornings to book appointments. Please make appointments by telephone only.
The following are possible symptoms of covid:
- a high temperature or fever
- a new continuous cough
- loss of sense of smell or taste
- shortness of breath

If a GP has requested to see you in the Practice, we kindly ask you wear a face covering, such as a mask or a scarf.

Prescriptions
Do not attend the surgery to book or collect a prescription, please drop off at your preferred pharmacy and advise the surgery of the pharmacy name.
Please note we no longer take orders for repeat medication over the telephone!

Sick Notes for Your Employer
Please note not to contact our GP surgery regarding sick notes for suspected coronavirus. We would appreciate this at this difficult time.
